ICON RXT Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Spring | 2010-2014 Ford F-150 Raptor

Gen 1 Raptors are old enough now that a rear spring replacement can be maintenance and an upgrade at the same time. ICON's RXT pack replaces the factory leaf with a multi-rate design that can be configured around how the truck is actually used, from an unloaded street-and-desert truck to a Raptor carrying a chase rack, spare tires, tools and trip gear.

The standard configuration is aimed at improving ride quality and rear droop. The included extra leaf lets you step spring rate up by 10% or 20% as constant load grows. ICON also adds a rebound leaf to help control axle wrap under hard acceleration and braking, plus leaf separators and tip inserts to reduce friction and keep the pack quieter over small movements.

What it changes

A fresh, well-matched rear leaf pack helps the back of a Gen 1 settle after whoops and washboard instead of continuing to pitch and hop. The useful part of the ICON design is that you do not have to tune the truck for its heaviest possible day if it spends most of its life lighter.
