Stage 3 Tubular combines 0-2.63-inch 2.5 front coilovers plus tubular Delta Joint upper control arms with 2.5 piggyback rear shocks. The stage progression changes geometry support and rear damping capacity, not the basic front lift range.
Power Stroke trucks are limited to about 2.13 inches of front lift. Rear shocks cover roughly 0-1 inch of rear lift.
