ICON Multi-Rate Rear Leaf Spring, 4WD | 2017-2026 Ford F-150

The factory Raptor rear spring has to cover everything from commuting to high-speed dirt, which leaves room for improvement once the truck gets used harder or starts carrying permanent equipment. ICON's multi-rate replacement leaf pack gives the rear a more compliant starting rate and three configurations so the same basic spring can work on a light truck or one carrying a rack, spare, tools and recovery gear.

The lighter configuration is designed to improve small-bump compliance and rear droop. The included add-in leaf can raise spring rate substantially for heavier builds. ICON also uses a rebound leaf to fight axle wrap, along with tip inserts and leaf separators to reduce friction through the pack.

The owner feedback on this spring is consistent about one thing: setup matters. On a correctly matched truck, owners describe less rear hop on washboard and noticeably better control under braking and acceleration.
