ICON VS 2.0 Rear Shock, 0-3 Inch Lift | 2021-2024 Ram 1500

Not every adventure truck needs a remote-reservoir 2.5. ICON's VS 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shock is aimed at the Ram 1500 owner who wants a meaningful improvement in body and axle control for everyday driving, gravel, washboard and moderate trail use without jumping straight to a race-style damper.

The nitrogen-charged monotube uses vehicle-specific valving and a linear/digressive piston to add control without relying on a one-size-fits-all tune. The aluminum body sheds heat well and resists corrosion, and unlike most replacement shocks at this price level, the unit is rebuildable and revalveable.

Where it fits in the build

This is a good match for a daily-driven truck with a mild rear lift and normal adventure load. If the truck is repeatedly hammered through high-speed desert terrain or carrying enough weight to generate serious damper heat, ICON's 2.5 Series is the better place to start.
