ICON Extreme Duty Tie Rod Kit | 2021-2026 Ford Bronco

The factory Bronco tie rod becomes a bigger concern once tire size and steering load go up. ICON’s Extreme Duty kit increases the adjuster thread from the factory 14mm size to 18mm and uses 4140 chromoly inner ball studs to add strength where the stock assembly is most vulnerable.

Forged-steel outer ends retain the factory-style bend for wheel clearance, and the greaseable metal-on-metal joints are paired with new inner boots to help keep dirt out of the steering rack.

Application notes: Compatible with HOSS 1.0 and HOSS 2.0 steering racks. HOSS 3.0 can be used with additional boot stretch. Not compatible with aftermarket tie-rod braces and not listed for Bronco Raptor.
