ICON 2.5 VS Remote Reservoir Front Coilovers | 2021-2026 Ford Bronco

The remote-reservoir version is for a Bronco that works the front shocks hard enough for heat capacity to matter. The external reservoir adds oil volume and cooling area while keeping ICON’s Bronco-specific 2.5-inch coilover tuning and threaded ride-height adjustment.

ICON generally lists about 3-4 inches of front lift on non-Sasquatch trucks and 2-3 inches on Sasquatch, with Everglades lower. The real reason to choose this over the internal-reservoir 48600 is repeated rough-road use, not appearance.

Application notes: Lifted/long-travel setups should be paired with compatible Delta Joint PRO UCAs as needed for geometry and joint clearance. Larger tires require appropriate up-travel/crash-bar clearance, and ICON calls for ADAS recalibration after install. Not for Bronco Raptor.
